In the case that you have ordered too much insulation or wish to return some undamaged and uncut rolls, we charge a 30% restocking fee and you will also need to pay for the return shipping to us. We can contact a shipping company and have them pick up the packages from you, but in that case your refund would be reduced by the appropriate amount for shipping costs.

In any case before shipping something back to us, please inform us and give us time to process the request as we cannot guarantee a refund unless we have explicitly stated so in correspondence with you.
